What file format for pictures should I use?
You can upload picture in png and jpg format.
How big is the puzzle?
The puzzle is 12×16.5 inches and 160 pieces. There will be more options coming soon.
Can I order other sizes?
Yes, you can order other sizes but its a special order. Send us an email and we can get the right size for you.
How long does it take to complete a Mystery Puzzle?
its only 160 pieces but It can take from 2 hours to 5 hours. depending on the person and the picture.
What is the age restriction?
Children under 3 should not play with small puzzle pieces, as they pose a choking hazard. Please carefully supervise all other children playing with puzzles to ensure safety.
How do I resize an image to make it fit your puzzle?
Click on the picture and resize it by using the 4 corners
Can I change or cancel my order once it's been submitted

Yes but the original picture is the best quality.
